I currently have an exciting opportunity for a CAMHS night nurse to work in Oswaldtwistle, Accrington in beautiful location. Aiding both step down and secure units.

These would be 12 hour shifts; Week 1 would be 4 Night shifts and Week 2 would be 3 Night shifts on a rolling rota

You would work closely with the young people who use the services, their families, carers, and external professionals. You would offer an important contribution to how people experience the services.

Your aim:

  • Keeping the people who use the services as safe as possible through the application of sound clinical skills and effective risk assessments.
  • Ensuring the best possible clinical outcomes by using up-to-date skills and adhering to evidence-based policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring the people using our services have a good experience by respecting, empowering and working collaboratively with people throughout the care planning process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Registered Nurses ensure they are working to the standards which the young people using our services deserve.
  • Act in a way which shows you understand our core values of Safe, Committed, Compassionate, Innovative Care that is delivered Authentically with Respect and Optimism.
  • Willing to live these values with young person, their friends, family and carers and other staff members.
  • To be model these values and contribute to ensure that they are embedded in the practice of the team to enable individualised care that empowers our young person to use resources to make their own decisions and meet their owns needs.

Salary:

  • Negotiable, depending on experience
