The main responsibility of the role is ensuring parts are painted properly according to customer specifications while meeting all quality standards. The working hours 6:00am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday.
- Pre-treat, clean, mask, prime, and powder coat a variety of parts as needed.
- Perform quality checks.
- Sanding and correcting parts as needed.
- Department housekeeping.
- Clean and maintain equipment.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of powder coating experience.
- Knowledge of powder coat processes.
- Experience with managing inventory of products.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift and carry heavy loads.
