JGA have an exciting opportunity for a confident Bureau Payroller to join our clients team and contribute to deliver top-tier payroll services. If you're an experienced payroll professional with client or bureau experience, we want to hear from you!The Role:As a Payroll Bureau Administrator, your primary responsibility will be processing payrolls accurately and efficiently for a variety of clients. You will work in a dynamic environment, ensuring that client and employee records are kept up to date, and handling queries from clients, HMRC, and team members. You'll also manage CIS returns with precision.Key Responsibilities:

  • Process multiple client payrolls with different pay frequencies accurately and on time.
  • Ensure client and employee records are maintained using the firm’s systems.
  • Respond to and resolve queries from clients, HMRC, and other team members.
  • Manage CIS returns and ensure compliance.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • A minimum of 3 years’ payroll experience, ideally gained within an accountancy practice.
  • Proven ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy of all payroll data.
  Working Conditions:
  • Full Time office for 6 months, then 2 days from home
  • Competitive salary of up to £30k.
