They are seeking a Payroll Specialist with a passion for accuracy and delivering exceptional service to join a dynamic team in a leading Payroll Bureau, where they provide top-tier payroll services to a diverse range of clients.

Description

As a Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
  • Gathering information on hours worked for each employee
  • Calculating the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc.
  • Processing and managing payroll reports
  • Identifying and resolving any payroll discrepancies
  • Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
  • Maintaining payroll operations in compliance with current laws and best practices
  • Working collaboratively with the Accounting & Finance department and other teams as necessary

Profile

A successful Payroll Specialist should have:

  • Experience working in Bureau
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator in the professional services industry
  • Strong understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software and databases
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
