Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to support and inspire young learners? A welcoming and supportive primary school in Accrington is seeking an enthusiastic Year 2 Teacher to join their team after the Easter holidays until the end of the academic year.

About the Role:

• Teaching a Year 2 class, delivering engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment to support children's academic and personal development
• Preparing pupils for end-of-Key-Stage assessments (SATs)
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
• Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement

The Ideal Candidate:

? Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)? Experience teaching in KS1, particularly Year 2, is desirable? Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and SATs preparation? A commitment to fostering a love of learning in young children? Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate for diverse needs? A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to teaching
