Location: Hybrid, Altham based with travel

A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our team in the Altham. Working on our Northern framework, youll be responsible for the delivery of multiple projects for the company, from tendering stage through to delivery, and will be responsible for project management, contract management, scheduling, cost control, resourcing & resource management, procurement and project quality assurance.

Whats the role:

Responsible for the delivery of M&E projects with our key client Frameworks up to £6M

Work with the Project, Commercial, Design & Operations team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Ensure compliance with CDM.

Plan resource effectively and ensure internal processes are followed including monthly programme & forecast updates.

Follow tender processes and supplier evaluations.

Responsible for proactive management of health & safety, Site Inspection targets and liaison with clients and suppliers

Reviewing subcontractor approvals and performance


What you will need:

Hold appropriate qualifications and be able to display a sound understanding of relevant Legislation, CDM Regulations & duties and NEC Contracts

Have appropriate experience and a technical understanding of the M&E requirements in the Water Industry

Be well organised, have excellent customer skills and be IT literate in MS Office packages including MS Project

Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills, with a strong focus on customer service and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Require a full driving license and there will be an element of working away with the role as and when required.
