A Quantity Surveyor is required in a Structural Steel company based in Accrington.
Key Responsibilities:
- Budget Management: Oversee project budgets and commercial responsibilities.
- Client Relations: Negotiate and manage contracts to final account.
- Project Scope: Handle projects ranging from 1m to 10m.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Experience in budget management and contract negotiation
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Other Information:
- Flexible Working Hours: 7:45 AM - 4:45 PM
- Location: Accrington or WFH option is available
- Salary: 80k w/ great benefits
