A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist to join a highly regarded law firm based in Accrington on a Part Time basis. 

In addition to the below hours there is the opportunity to take on additional hours to cover on administration duties in the office. 

Receptionist Hours: 9am-5.15pm Monday and Tuesday, and 9am-2.30pm on Wednesday. This role is a job share and you must be able to cover for holidays or sickness. 

You must have a minimum of 12 months’ experience working as a Receptionist/Telephonist.

Duties include:

  • Being front of house meeting and greeting visitors
  • Operating switchboard and taking accurate messages 
  • Logging incoming and outgoing post 
  • Ensure the reception area is kept clean and tidy 
  • Photocopying and document scanning
