A highly regarded Accrington based high street law firm are currently looking to recruit a Receptionist on a part time basis to work front of house being first point of contact to all clients over the phone and arriving into the office.

Hours

This role is a job share working on reception 12.30pm to 5pm on Wednesday and from 9am to 5.00pm on Thursday and Friday.

You will be required to cover holiday and sickness as and when required.

Duties include

  • Meeting and greeting clients on arrival
  • Operating the switchboard and taking accurate messages
  • Opening, logging and distributing incoming post
  • Photocopying and scanning documents
  • Keeping the reception and waiting area clean and tidy

You must have previous reception experience with experience of using a switchboard
