Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' mental health needs, including the severity of symptoms and their impact on daily life.
- Conduct risk assessments for self-harm, harm to others, or vulnerability to exploitation.
- Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor medication effectiveness and address side effects in collaboration with prescribing psychiatrists.
- Respond to acute mental health crises, offering immediate support to prevent hospitalization.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Fully enhanced valid DBS
- Community experience required.
- Mental health nursing degree is essential.

Rate Breakdown:
27ph LTD | PAYE Inclusive: 24.29
We offer a 250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS.
