A new job opportunity for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join a growing team at a leading global manufacturing company, that specialises in high-precision machinery for the Can making Industry. As part of the production team, you will play a crucial role in fabricating and assembling high-quality components used in advanced industrial equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG/TIG welding on various metal components, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Conduct inspections to ensure welded structures meet specifications.
- Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following health and safety guidelines.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques.
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
- Relevant welding qualifications or certifications are preferred.
