Contract Type - Temporary to Permanent

Location: Normanton, WF6

Interaction Recruitment are currently looking for Temporary to Permanent HGV1 Drivers on behalf of our client based in Normanton. Successful applicants will be required to complete 12 weeks on a temporary assignment before transferring to a permanent contract.

Shifts and pay rates as an HGV Class 1 Driver:

Average paid shifts are 8-10 hours per day.

• Days - £15.84

Shift patterns available:

• FULL TIME – Days (08:00 - 09:00 start)

Your responsibilities as a Class 1 Driver:

• Make on time deliveries to various nationwide locations, store, depots and distribution centre’s

• Work will be a mixture of trunking and store collections / deliveries
• Curtain siders and palletised stock, limited use of box trailers & tail lifts

Class 1 Driver - About you:

• HGV 1 C+E licence. Digital tacho & DQC card
• Minimum 12 months experience
• No more than 6 points. No DR, DD, CD, IN10's
• Be able to pass a theory and practical driving assessment
