Home Manager Opportunity in Norfolk

Home Managers to join our team.

Role Overview: As a Home Manager, you'll lead the daily operations of the home, ensuring top-quality care for residents. You'll work closely with dedicated teams and be supported externally by Operations and Central teams. You must be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and have a strong understanding of relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team dedicated to delivering person-centred care.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and maintain excellent care quality.
  • Oversee the home's budget, meet financial targets, and maintain full occupancy.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
  • Manage all records and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Continuously improve the home’s performance and ensure a safe environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing a nursing or residential home.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
  • Proven track record in marketing and running a successful care home.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care.
