SEN Teaching Assistant (Primary School)

Location: Ealing, West London

Pay: 88-100 per day

Reeson Education is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support a child with Autism in Key Stage 2 at a welcoming primary school in Ealing. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a child's education and development.

Your Role:

  • Provide dedicated one-to-one support to a child with Autism

  • Encourage engagement, confidence, and social interaction

  • Collaborate closely with the class teacher and SENCo to implement tailored learning strategies

  • Liaise with families and professionals to support the child's progress

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience supporting children with Autism (preferred but not essential)

  • Team Teach training is beneficial but not required

  • Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach

  • Ability to work well within a team

  • Passion for inclusive education
