Our client, a leading global QSR brand, is seeking a Quality Manager with a strong background in food safety and quality assurance.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position and a Food Science degree, along with BRC audit and HACCP Level 3 certifications.
This hands-on position involves overseeing a team of 2, handling customer complaints, and conducting internal and supplier audits.
The job offers a salary range of £40,000 to £50,000, along with a discretionary 20% bonus opportunity, food allowance, private health care, and pension contributions.
The Quality Manager will typically work from 06:00 to 17:00, five days a week, directly supporting the Technical Manager in the factory's day-to-day operations.

Description

You will report into the Technical Manager
Over see a team of 2
Handle customer Complaints
Internal auditing
Supplier auditing
Work closely with the hygiene team

Profile

BRC audit experience
Food Science Degree
Internal auditing experience
Supplier auditing experience
HACCP Level 3
Able to work on the manufacturing site 5 days a week
06:00 start and 17:00 finish typically
