A mainstream junior primary school in Acton is seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 4 Primary School Teacher for a full-time maternity cover position, starting from April 2025
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Year 4 pupils, following the national curriculum.
- Create an inclusive classroom environment where all students feel supported in their learning.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff to support student progress and well-being.
- Assess and track student development, providing feedback and interventions where necessary.
- Contribute to the wider school community, ensuring the school maintains its Good rating from Ofsted.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience teaching within the UK, particularly in Key Stage 2.
- Strong classroom management and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- A commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
