Office Manager - Acton
Construct Recruitment are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join the team! We are a Kiwi-owned Construction Recruitment Company with over 20 years of experience in the industry based in Acton (30 second walk from Acton Central station).
Duties Include:
- Handling calls from clients and candidates and meeting and greeting visitors
- Performing key payroll & finance task in support of the Finance team
- Administering health and safety (CSCS) tests
- Maintaining the smooth running of the office
Requirements:
- At least 1 years' experience preferred in a Reception / Administration / Office Management role
- Experience working with Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience of working with numbers
- Strong organisation and time management - Attention to detail is key in this role
- Friendly, can-do attitude
- The ideal candidate will live in good travelling distance from our office (Acton Central)
- Right to work in the UK for a minimum of two years (sponsorship opportunity for the right candidate)

- Salary - 32,000 to 35,000 (dependent on experience) paid weekly
