Your Role:
Provide one-to-one and small group support for children with SEN.
Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning activities.
Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
What We're Looking For:
Experience as a Teaching Assistant, especially with SEN children.
A patient, caring, and adaptable approach.
Knowledge of Autism and other SEN conditions is a plus.
Level 2 Childcare qualification (desirable but not essential).
Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.
