SENIOR PLANNER NEEDED FOR OLD OAK COMMON - NW9

We are thrilled to offer an opportunity to work as a Senior Planner on the Old Oak Common project. Initially the role focuses on the groundwork, reinforced concrete (RC) frame, both hard and soft landscaping, drainage, and architectural metalwork. Additionally you will be involved in the procurement and tender review of all subcontract packages for the fit-out stage of the project.

This position is site-based for five days a week with the option for hybrid working and is paid outside of IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop plans and programmes for submission, along with related reporting.

  • Map work processes in relation to both system and geographical constraints.

  • Provide support for Test & Commission programming.

  • Analyse and optimise labour resources

  • Present and disseminate the project's programme philosophy and strategy.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proficiency in using planning software packages (e.g., P6 and other applications).

  • Capability to develop programmes.

  • Previous experience as a planner within the infrastructure industry.

  • Strong knowledge of NEC contract management.

  • Possession of an Engineering HNC or an equivalent qualification.
