A well-respected business in the local area has an opening for a proactive Administrator to join a busy team of professionals and experts in their field. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, helping the team meet KPIs for validating and issuing certificates following applications. This is an 18-month-long temporary assignment - with the potential to extend.

This is a full-time temporary position, Monday to Friday (a 37-hour week) with 3 days on-site in the office and 2 working from home (hybrid pattern).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Validating and issuing certification applications
  • Managing multiple mailboxes daily
  • Assisting with the processing of IT service desk tickets
  • Attending meetings and taking notes with action points for the team
  • Providing reports on activity to internal stakeholders and other departments

Skills and Experience required:

  • Experience working in a busy office environment
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Experience using databases
  • Strong skills in diary and meeting management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
