The role requires previous experience in a facilities or caretaking position and basic maintenance skills.
Working hours are from 8am to 4:30pm, with a requirement for flexibility.
Key responsibilities include opening and closing the school premises, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring security and cleanliness.
The salary for this position is competitive, and candidates must be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check.

Day shift - 8am to 4:30pm - flexibility is required

Primary duties:

Opening and closing the school premises
Carrying out 1st fix repairs and maintenance work as and when required.
Ensuring the security of the school.
Monitoring and inspection of the school building and grounds.
Ensuring the cleanliness of certain areas .
Assisting with deliveries and distributing supplies.
Reporting any health and safety issues.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a facilities or caretaking role.
Basic maintenance and DIY skills.
A proactive and flexible approach
Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
