Temporary Business Support & Facilities AdministratorLocation: Addlestone / New HawFull time - 37 hours per week - Office based

Putting you in the heart of a busy business, this Facilities Administrator position will offer support to the staff and provide you with plenty of variety where no two days are likely to be the same! With involvement in facilities to ensure the smooth running of the office, you will also be the gatekeeper for a professional leadership team.Due to the nature of the work, this is an on-site position - working a 37-hour week Monday to Friday.

The assignment will run until the end of March, with the potential for extension.Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing correspondence, emails, and diaries
  • Scheduling, coordinating and drafting agendas for meetings with action logs
  • Booking travel arrangements
  • Managing expense claims and processing purchase orders
  • Organising furniture moves, sourcing stationery and equipment, arranging repairs
  • Liaising with IT and external contractors

You’ll be ideal for this role if you enjoy interacting with a range of people, can work calmly and efficiently in an environment with different priorities and deadlines. You will need to have strong communication skills - with the ability to absorb information quickly.
