Security Officer

We are seeking an officer with both SIA licence and driving licence.

Monday to Sunday days and nights

12hr shifts

07:00 - 19:00 & 19:00 - 07:00

Fire watch in 15 floor building

Officer to patrol floors 

Record information 

Produce daily Report  for client

Duties included but not limited to;

• Managing access control for employees, visitors and contractors
• Patrolling the site on foot to deter and detect stock loss
• Dealing professionally with incidents including positive searches
• Responding to customer requests and queries
• Maintaining records using computer- and paper-based systems

Security CCTV license is desirable, and to succeed in this role you will also need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in security
• Five years’ checkable history and references
• To pass a criminal records check (CRC) to the required standards

The following would also be useful, but are not essential:

• Experience in a similar role

Full training, uniform, health and safety equipment (PPE), on-site refreshments and free car-parking are provided.

Pay: £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 60 per week
