Nursery assistant

Premier Recruitment are supporting an Outstanding Private nursery based in Addlestone to find someone for their Third in Charge position. They are offeringan excellent opportunity as you don't necessarily need to have been a Third in Charge or Deputy manager before. As long as you hold a level 3 Childcare qualification and you'reproactive and dependable this would be an excellent growth opporunity for you to join a lovely warm team!

Role: Third In Charge / Nursery assistant (Primarily room based)

You need to be able to commit to to one of the hours available below (08:00 - 18:00 for 36.5 hours & 45 hours):

36.5 hours over 4 days OR40 hours over 5 days (09:00 - 17:00)OR 45 hours over 5 days).

Duties

• Supervise, direct, support and motivate staff across the nursery.
• Support the Room leader with learning based activities for the childrens development when you are Room based.
• Ensure you are offering support in the office as and when required when the Deputy and or Nursery manager require it.
• To be able to be proactive and dependable with a can do attitude as this is the most desirable trait along with your level 3 Childcare qualfication.
• Support parents with information to enhance their childs essdevelopment.

Essential

• Level 3 Childcare qualfication
• To be able to commit to 36.5, 40 or 45 hours per week all year around.
• 1 or more years nursery experience.
