Our client, a reputable and thriving organisation in the Medical sector, is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to join their team on a fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of their business, providing high-level support to key stakeholders and assisting in the smooth operation of their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a first point of contact for senior-level management and stakeholders, providing excellent communication and representation on their behalf.
  • Organise and manage complex schedules, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and accommodation bookings, ensuring efficiency and prioritisation.
  • Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, overseeing all logistical aspects and managing related documentation.
  • Maintain confidential files and records, handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Undertake diverse administrative tasks as required, such as drafting correspondence, managing expenses, and processing invoices.
  • Support the implementation of projects, conducting research, analysing data, and preparing concise summaries and reports.

Qualifications and Experience:
