Are you a skilled and experienced HR Advisor seeking an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact? Our client, is currently looking for a dedicated HR Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis. As an HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR function and delivering a comprehensive range of HR services to employees. You will work closely with the HR Manager and other team members to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to ensure compliance with employment legislation and industry best practises.
  • Support the performance management process by providing advice on performance issues and assisting with performance improvement plans.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Responsible for reviewing policies and other HR related documents and summarising key points to create accurate, user-friendly and engaging content for the business
  • Responsible for reviewing content on local share-point sites and working with local teams to establish where content is accurate and still required
  • Responsible for supporting the delivery of the myHR portal roadmap and driving future enhancements to employee experience

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
  • Knowledge of HR practises, policies, and employment law.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
