Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end employee life cycle services across 50+ countries.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in benefits, reward, and global mobility.
  • Provide high-quality, consistent advice to managers and employees.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage change impacts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Report on project progress and outcomes to team leads.
  • Utilise analytical skills for problem-solving and ensuring quality service delivery.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • 6-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on benefits and global mobility.
  • Expertise in US benefits, with a preference for candidates who have experience outside the UK.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR tools and technologies (e.g., Service Now, Assignment Pro).
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and project scopes.

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Experience implementing Assignment Pro for global mobility.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Service Now platform and its applications.
