Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end employee lifecycle services, focusing on complex HR case management in areas like Rewards and Benefits.
  • Deliver high-quality, consistent advice to managers and employees, ensuring a customer-focused approach.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage change effectively within HR.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including third parties, line managers, and HR teams.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes and process automation.
  • Regularly report progress and outcomes to team leads.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • 7+ years of experience in HR, particularly in Rewards or Benefits.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and deliver exceptional employee experiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (HR, Finance, etc.).

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Experience in a managerial role seeking to transition back to an individual contributor position.
  • Familiarity with global mobility practises and processes.
  • Knowledge of Service Now and Assignment Pro platforms.
  • Demonstrable communication and presentation skills.
