Monday to Friday
Location: Chertsey
Duties
- Perform grounds keeping tasks including mowing, trimming, and weeding to maintain the overall appearance of gardens.
- Utilise hand tools such as spades, rakes, and shears for planting, pruning, and general garden upkeep.
- Operate power tools safely for tasks such as cutting hedges or tilling soil.
- Monitor plant health, identifying any diseases or pests that may affect growth.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve landscaping goals and provide excellent service.
Experience
- Previous experience in gardening or landscape maintenance is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is highly valued.
- Must have a driving license.
- Familiarity with various plant species and their growing requirements is advantageous.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
