Landscape Architect Assistant

Madisons Recruitment are recruiting for a Landscape Architect on a permanent basis located in Woodham, Addlestone. 

The annual salary for the role is £25k -£35k per annum with a very brief responsibilities and requirements for the role below, should you have further queries please reply to schedule a call back with myself regarding the role.

Responsibilities

• Find (suitable – cost effective) products and get quotations
• Ability to effectively liaise with other professionals on the projec - Do a Schedule of works (SoW) from a plan
• Liaise with suppliers
• Complete quantity take offs

Requirements

• Strong IT skills, with experience of using all MS office applications
• Ability to effectively liaise with other professionals on the project
• (Advatnage, not essential) Proficient in ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup and Lumion
• (Advatnage, not essential) Good understanding of building regulations and standards as applicable to landscape projects
• (Advatnage, not essential) Ability to produce clear working drawings for construction, including sections and construction details.
• (Advatnage, not essential) Knowledge and understanding of landscape designations
• Complete a Schedule of works (SoW) from a plan
• Clean driving licence and own vehicle, for traveling for work a pool car will be accessible
• Candidates must live within 20 miles radius
• Strong organisational skills
