Our client based in Weybridge are seeking an Administrator to join on an ongoing temporary basis. The purpose of this role is to provide administrative and customer service support. This is an ongoing temporary role and requires someone who is available immediately to start!
Duties:
- Processing of sales orders and invoices
- Handle customer queries
- Update data on the system
- Process data and documentation
- Daily contact with external and internal customers
Experience:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- Able to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Experience working in an office previously would be advantageous
