Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled ServiceEngineer to join their team! The ideal candidate will have a technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer service. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the servicing and repairs of their products and equipment.
Key Responsibilities for the Service Engineer:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks on various equipment and systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal engineering departments to address and resolve client issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, and repairs.
- Provide technical support to clients as needed.
To qualify for the ServiceEngineer role you would need:
- Proven experience in a fitter and assembly role.
- Knowledge of Electro-mechanical equipment.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid drivers license (clean driving record inclusive), and a valid passport.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This role would be perfect for an individual who is aspiring to build their career and is open to individuals with Assembly or Technician experience looking to progress.
