Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to join their team! The ideal candidate will have a technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer service. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the servicing and repairs of their products and equipment.

 

Key Responsibilities for the Service Engineer:

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks on various equipment and systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to provide effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering departments to address and resolve client issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, and repairs.
  • Provide technical support to clients as needed.

 

To qualify for the Service Engineer role you would need:

  • Proven experience in a fitter and assembly role.
  • Knowledge of Electro-mechanical equipment.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver’s license (clean driving record inclusive), and a valid passport.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
