Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Trust:Central Surrey Health
Location: The White House, Crouch Oak Lane, Addlestone, surrey, KT15 2N
Ward: NW Children鈥檚 Therapies - OT Team
Pay Rates: 拢21.18-拢26.11 Per hour
Shift Patterns: Up to 37.5 hours, part time considered
Why might this job interest you?
This position is suitable for a Band 5 or Band 6 Occupational Therapist. Within the role, you will manage a general caseload of children with a range of varied and complex needs while accessing appropriate support and supervision. Newly qualified practitioners will work towards autonomously practise with formal supervision from their line manager.

What you鈥檒l need:
路 Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
路 HCPC Registration
路 Experience working with Children (Essential requirement for Band 6)
路 Car Driver (Essential)
In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of
- Relevant Qualifications
- Registration with the relevant Registration Body if applicable
