  • Handle all internal communications, including fax, emails, post, and telephone calls
  • Input data accurately into the company's systems including invoice management
  • Track deliveries and shipments, ensuring smooth operations
  • Manage incoming office calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Maintain office supplies, including stationary orders
  • Welcome and assist visitors as the first point of contact for the office
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the team
