Are you a seasoned and highly organised administrator seeking a rewarding role? We are looking for an exceptional Part Time Office Manager to join our client’s team in Addlestone, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the administrative team to deliver high-quality support across the organisation.
  • Oversee and streamline all administrative functions, ensuring efficient support for various departments.
  • Maintain and manage data within in-house systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integrity.
  • Handle calls, emails, and inquiries, resolving issues or directing them appropriately.
  • Provide proactive administrative support, deliver exceptional front-line customer service, and identify opportunities to optimise processes.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organise, and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team setting and work independently when needed.
  • A high level of professionalism, adaptability, and keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience managing data and utilising information systems.
