Contract: Temporary assignment, current end date 04/05/2025 with possibility of extension
Hours: Full-Time (37 hours per week)
On-Site Requirement: Minimum 60% on-site presence required

About Our Client:
The VMD plays a crucial role in the regulation of veterinary medicinal products, ensuring their safety and efficacy. As part of this team, you will work alongside scientific professionals, interact with the pharmaceutical industry, and coordinate with global regulatory bodies to facilitate the authorisation of applications.

Your Role:
As an Executive Officer, you will support the progression of application procedures, ensuring compliance with VMD's business targets and regulations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing, validating, and processing various types of applications, making informed judgments on each.
  • Monitoring application progress to maintain adherence to established procedures and timelines.
  • Preparing and issuing official authorisation documents.
  • Ensuring data integrity within IT systems and handling queries promptly.
  • Contributing to quality management by updating SOPs and other documentation.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc duties like compiling figures, taking meeting notes, and supporting project work.
