Responsibilities:
- Plan and Deliver Lessons: Create engaging, inclusive lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
- Support Diverse Needs: Use adaptive strategies to support students with different abilities and backgrounds.
- Monitor Progress: Assess, track, and provide feedback to help students reach their potential.
- Manage Classroom Behavior: Establish a positive, respectful classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborate with Staff: Work with colleagues and leadership to ensure student success.
- Communicate with Parents: Keep parents updated on student progress and collaborate on any concerns.
