Reed Education is seeking an outstanding Year 2 Primary School Teacher for a wonderful Primary School based in Addlestone. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating lifelong learners, committed to inclusion and equality, and who holds high expectations for themselves and every child. The school has undergone transformational changes since joining the Trust in September 2019 and continues to enhance its provision through collaborative efforts with local schools.
Day-to-day of the role:- Deliver engaging and effective lessons that foster a love for learning among students.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers within the school and across the Trust to share best practices and enhance teaching methods.
- Participate in continuous professional development opportunities to further enhance teaching skills and methodologies.
- Contribute to the school’s initiatives for improving educational outcomes and overall school performance.
- QTSÂ or equivalent.
- Demonstrable passion for education and commitment to the development of students.
- Strong understanding of the current curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively within a team.
- A proactive approach to professional development and a willingness to engage in further training.
