Test Technician – Permanent Position

ReeVR Talent is exclusively partnering with a leading specialist equipment manufacturer to recruit a skilled Test Technician. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy problem-solving, and have experience in testing and fault-finding electronic components, we’d love to hear from you!

 

Your Role as a Test Technician:

  • Perform product testing in line with test specifications and produce detailed reports.

  • Fault-find to component level, including PCB diagnostics, and log findings accurately.

  • Ensure all testing is completed on schedule, adhering to quality standards.

  • Maintain test equipment and uphold 5S workplace organisation principles.

  • Follow health and safety policies and company procedures.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong experience in analogue and digital circuitry.

  • Proven ability to fault-find down to component level.

  • Background in a test technician or test engineering role within a complex, low/medium volume test cell.

  • Solid knowledge of PCBs – able to read circuit diagrams, wiring schematics, and follow technical instructions.

  • Good PC skills, particularly Excel (MS Office).

  • A problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and a strong team player.

  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting within health and safety regulations.
