A five month administrative temp assignment has become available within a busy, friendly HR department. You'll be joining to support the recruitment campaigns within the business; a varied and interesting role with lots to get involved with.

The working pattern will be Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week on a hybrid basis with three days in the office and two working remotely.

If you're a strong administrator, with experience of handling sensitive and confidential information, this is a lovely position to apply for. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and issuing recruitment campaign documentation
  • Liaison with recruiting managers, external stakeholders, agencies and candidates
  • Communication regarding staff changes
  • Administration for joiners, internal transfers and leavers
  • Collaboration with the HR team on adhoc projects
  • Managing the mailbox

You'll need to be confident with MS Office - using Word, Excel, and Outlook. This assignment will suit you if you're a natural organiser and able to multi-task with the ability to prioritise to meet project goals.
