The Internal Recruitment Consultant role involves sourcing high-quality candidates for various internal job positions.
Candidates must have prior recruitment experience and will manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
The position offers a salary range of £25,000 to £40,000, depending on experience, along with commission opportunities.
Core working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

As an Internal Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing high quality candidates to fill various internal job roles. Managing the candidate experience end to end, you will be the driving force behind the job filling process, working with Candidates to provide a quality service.Key Responsibilities of an Internal Recruiter• Interacting with candidates over the telephone.• Selling a range of jobs to candidates & managing their entire process.• Carefully working through sourcing lists and recording/analysing results.• Utilising and updating the in-house CRM system in line with company process.• Generating interest and pools of candidates within chosen sector with a mixture of sourcing techniques.• Generating leads & referrals.• Daily, weekly and monthly monitoring of KPI's / resultsKey Competencies of an Internal Recruiter• Excellent telephone manner.• Prior Recruitment experience is essential. • The ability to communicate within a fast-paced team environment.• Driven with a competitive nature.Benefits•£25-40k basic salary depending on experience, plus commission• Core working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday (inclusive) and 8:30am to 5:00pm on Fridays.• Regular social activities.• Company events• Company pension• Employee mentoring programme• Free parking• Health & wellbeing programme• Referral programmeDue to the large volume of applications we receive for each position we will only be able to respond to applications received with the relevant skills.
