Front-End Developer – Remote

Location:  Remote  

Contract: outside IR35

Pay rate: Up to £600 per day   

Duration: 6 months however most likely to extend

Start date: ASAP

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced developer to support a long-term e-commerce project who has an excellent background in React and JavaScript. The role will involve the transition of legacy technologies to new meaning it’ll be helpful if you’ve got an appreciate of transformation.

The Client is a leading logistics company who have been operating for over 80 years with around 12,000 employees globally, in over 60 countries. Although you’ll be working with international teams your hours will be standard UK hours.

Languages (minimum 4 years of exp)

• JavaScript
• TypeScript
• CSS
• HTML
• Cucumber/Gherkin

Frameworks/Libraries (minimum 4 years of exp)

• React with experience using Context and Hooks
• React Query
• Cypress, WDIO, Selenium

Tools: (minimum 2 years of exp)

• Cypress Cloud

Nice to have:

• Backbone JS and
• Python & AWS experience
• SCSS/SASS or Component Libraries and CSS-in-JS (Material UI)
• Vitest, Jest, React Testing Library
• Bitbucket Pipelines
• AWS CodeBuild
