Overview:

Unify are thrilled to announce a new opportunity for a Hire Controller to join a leading independent Tool and Plant hire company, providing solutions to commercial and domestic users.

Depot based opportunity working from your closest site where you will assume the responsibility of ensuring efficient operation of the Hire Desk whilst being responsible for orders and keeping up to date with requests for collections.

What do I need?

• Previous experience working within the Plant & Tool hire sector
• Excellent customer service skills
• A good level of computer literacy

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the Hire Desk is efficiently run
• Responsible for orders (on hires)
• Maintain up-to-date records of available plant machinery, maintenance schedules, including condition and their availability for rent.
• Ensuring products are safe and adhere to company procedures. 
• Providing quotes, negotiating terms, and finalizing rental agreements
