What You'll Be Doing
•    Be the friendly face of the Hire Desk – helping customers in person, via phone, and email.
•    Take charge of hire orders and collection requests, and coordinate the delivery schedules like a pro.
•    Ensure all hired equipment is safe, tested, and ready to go, following procedures.
•    Keep everything running on their systems – processing paperwork, stock transfers, and more.
•    Maintain and enhance the top-tier service they are known for.
•    Work closely with the drivers to organise efficient delivery and collection routes.

What We're Looking For
•    Experience in the Hire industry? Great, but not essential!
•    Willingness to learn about our tools and equipment
•    Ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure – think fast, act faster.
•    Strong numeracy, literacy, and solid IT skills.
•    A great sense of humour – we work hard, but we love to laugh too!
