We are recruiting on behalf of our client in the Stockport area for a Customer Service Coordinator.  This is a permanent role working Monday - Thursday 08.15 - 17.15 and Friday 08.00 - 13.00 paying between £29,000 - £31,000 per annum.

Our client is an international organisation and a true pioneer in their field, which offers true progression and growth opportunities.  You will be working at their modern facility amongst a long standing team providing optimum levels of customer service to their clients all over the world.

Duties will include;

  • Managing a portfolio of key customers and learning their requirements by nuturing a partnership with each customer.
  • Being aware and reactive to any change in customer mood and reporting any issues to management.
  • Responding to all customer interactions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensuring notice is given of any technical, commercial, quality or manufacturing issues which may arise. 
  • Working with all department on all customer product returns to establish liability and corrective action plan. 
  • Monitor the progress of customer orders whilst driving corrective actions to ensure optimum level customer relations are maintained.
  • Provide Management with information on sales enquiries, response times, lead times and customer orders in the agreed format on a timely basis.
  • Communicate, investigate and provide input into resolving supply issues.
  • Process customer enquiries, orders and change requests.
  • Maintain, review and update price and customer lists.
  • Actively pursue debtors.

In order to be succesful you will need;

  • To be able to demonstrate a prove extremely high level of customer service in a B2B setting.
  • Have a passion for service delivery.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Have a positive and pro active approach to complex customers.
  • Be able to offer a true consultative and sensitive cutomer experience.
  • Have the ability to form partnerships with your customers.
