We are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join a leading construction company with an enviable portfolio of large-scale projects across multiple sectors in Scotland.
Working across the building, civil infrastructure and energy sectors, they can offer an almost uniquely diverse challenge within the Scottish market.
As a Pre-Construction Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute win strategies for bids and proposals.
- Establish strong client relationships to identify requirements and deliver value-driven solutions.
- Manage budgets and lead teams in preparing compelling proposals.
- Provide technical support and leadership throughout the bid and delivery process.
- Attend client meetings and industry events to position the business as a partner of choice.
- Ensure seamless handover of project details to delivery teams.
To succeed, you’ll need excellent communication skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to deliver results under tight deadlines. A background in main contracting as a preconstruction manager would be preferable. Project Managers with a background in preconstruction and a desire to make that their full-time focus will also be considered.
