Contract: Full-time, Part-time & Relief contracts, Permanent

Hours: FT 39 hrs a week

Salary: £24,498,24 per annum, pro rata*

Who We're Looking For: Support Worker - North Lanarkshire - Cumbernauld, Airdrie, Bellshill area ML4


  • No previous experience or qualifications are required as full training will be provided, however, you must be comfortable with lone working & supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities
  • Compassionate, Caring, and Confident
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter, with a high level of motivation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident, articulate, and professional
  • Keenness to learn in a fast-paced environment and creatively solve problems
  • Desire to embrace our values and vision and have fun!
