Blue Arrow are working in partnership Albert Bartlett & Sons Ltd with exciting opportunities available in Airdrie for Fresh Production Operatives.
Due to the location of the factory, candidates will ideally live locally or have their own transport due to limited public transport links.

Duties:- Working within ambient temperatures, loading crates with pre-packaged potatoes and hand stacking onto crates. This role is physically demanding and you must be comfortable lifting in excess of 25kg. You may also be required to handpick potatoes not suitable for distribution on a busy production line.
Candidates must have previous experience working in a fast paced production/food production environment to be considered for this role.
Candidates must be flexible with regards to shifts and shift patterns as daily rota in place.
DAYSHIFT - £11.44 per hour:
Sunday (compulsory) - 9am-5pm
Every 3rd Saturday - 8am - job on finish (no set finishing time)
BACKSHIFT - £11.94 per hour:
Monday to Thursday 5pm-1am
** FRIDAYS OFF **
Please note, these finish times are not set in stone. Candidates may be required to work additional hours if overtime is required.
