Care Assistant

Salary: £12 per hour | £3 per hour overtime enhancement

Shifts: Days or Nights Available | 36 - 48 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality care in line with best practices, legal requirements, and company policies

- Develop person-centred care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the multi-disciplinary team

- Ensure the dignity, privacy, and preferences of residents are respected, encouraging their independence and choice

- Administer medication in accordance with legal and regulatory standards

- Safeguard and promote the welfare of residents under your care

 

Essential Requirements:

- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a Care Assistant role

- Excellent communication and written skills

- Experience in person-centred care planning

- A passion for delivering outstanding care
